In the case of canola oil being low in polyunsaturated fat and saturated fats and has between 55-65% monounsaturated fat we are led to believe that it is good for us. Extra Virgin Olive oil and unprocessed nut and seed oils are truly good oils whereas canola oil has more detriments than it does benefits.
